The Mega Mats from Rubber Flooring Inc. are nice, thick and comfy. The material is completely shock absorbent and is made from recycled rubber. It is perfect for use in fitness environments where weight lifters drop heavy weights. The material is resilient and no weight leaves any sort of impression on the material. The mats are heavy for permanent uses but can also be transported and are light too in that sense. They are weather proof so that can be used outside as well as inside. The material used is recycled crumb rubber along wit colored EPDM virgin rubber flecks. The flecks add a nice grainy design element. The size of the mat is 4’x6’ and the thickness is huge at ½”.
